It is with great honor we announce Chenita M. King-Williams as our Dab's Angel for February 2009.

Chenita has just finished back to back years of service as chair and co-chair of the Jacksonville World AIDS Week committee.

She through her job with the Department of Health also helps people with their financial evaluations at BCCC in Jacksonville, Florida.

Chenita is one of those rare people who can work in the social services field for years and still keep her big heart in her work.

Chenita M. King-Williams is currently employed with Duval County Health Department as a Human Service Counselor III. She has been employed with the State of Florida since September 1998.

She graduated Cum Laude in 1994 with a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Bethune-Cookman University. She was born in the small town of Portsmouth , Ohio.

Chenita holds memberships in the following: Truth For Living Ministries, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Northeast Florida Women AIDS Conference Committee, and Northeast Florida World AIDS Day Committee. She was the 2007 Northeast Florida World AIDS Day Co-Chairperson and 2008 Chairperson. Chenita is active in her community to get them involved in activities surrounding HIV/AIDS in the Jacksonville Community.

She is the proud mother of 2 teenage children.
