BRINGING HOPE BACK

Dab the AIDS BEAR Project is a grassroots project of concerned citizens joined together to raise HIV awareness, education and prevention.

Due to the Ryan White Care Act and ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance Program) Waiting List financial crisis in the United States; American citizens have been denied access to life saving medications and treatments. We help raise desperately needed public awareness and increased funding for life saving medications and services for our fellow HIV positive American men, women and children.

Because of inadequate funding for public health assistance programs; too many American men, women and children with HIV and AIDS have died waiting without hope while waiting to be rescued and given a chance at life. In South Carolina, four more Americans died in December 2006 while on their AIDS Drug Assistance Program waiting list.

No American man, woman or child in our great country should ever have to give up hope. An American life is a terrible thing to waste!

Through public awareness, education, prevention and virtual media; help us change America from a world of ignorance, hatred and discrimination into a better world of acceptance, health care and hope for all Americans.

You may be one of the few lucky left in the United States whose life is not directly affected or effected by HIV. Over 1.2 million Americans are now HIV positive with up to 60,000 known new HIV exposures in the United States every year.

You can bring change and hope to their lives. Your generous donation provides a chance at hope and life for men, women and children with HIV and AIDS in the United States. Your donations help fund our Teddy Bear Touchdown and other services for children affected and effected by HIV and AIDS.

An American man, woman or child should never have to give up hope. Hope is stronger than any medication. Help us to give our fellow American men, women and children with HIV and AIDS hope again. An American life is a terrible thing to waste!

Our goals are providing communities with HIV/AIDS awareness, education and prevention while assisting with access to HIV/AIDS programs and services for the HIV positive community and raising public awareness to the ADAP financial crisis in the United States.

Through education, fund raising, public relations, virtual media, and published materials; journey with us out of a world of ignorance and discrimination into a better world of acceptance, love and hope.

LANGUAGE TRANSLATOR on our website enables non-English speaking viewers an invaluable HIV/AIDS resource. Our translator will gives the opportunity for non-English speaking individuals to obtain HIV/AIDS information and services previously unavailable.
